These Terms of Service govern your use of the Change Sense Hub website, the Hidden Change Barriers Assessment, related readouts, contact forms, scheduling, and advisory services. Change Sense Hub is operated by Change Collaboration LLC.

By using the website, completing the assessment, submitting a form, scheduling a conversation, or using related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, assessment, or related services.

1. The Hidden Change Barriers Assessment

The Hidden Change Barriers Assessment is a free, no-obligation assessment designed to provide focused advisory input based on the information you submit.

The assessment may produce a confidential readout that identifies a visible pattern in your responses, describes what may be driving the issue, and suggests a practical next step. The readout is not a full organizational assessment and should not be treated as a final or complete diagnosis of an organization, program, leader, team, project, or change environment.

2. No Consulting Relationship From Free Assessment

Completing the free assessment, receiving a readout, submitting a contact form, or participating in a complimentary conversation does not create a paid consulting engagement, fiduciary relationship, partnership, employment relationship, or other professional-client relationship.

Paid advisory work, if any, requires a separate written agreement or confirmed paid engagement.

3. Advisory and Informational Use Only

The website, assessment, readouts, conversations, and related materials provide advisory and informational support for organizational change thinking. They are not legal, financial, medical, mental health, employment, tax, compliance, or human resources advice.

You are responsible for using your own professional judgment and for obtaining appropriate internal, legal, HR, compliance, financial, or other advice before acting on any readout or recommendation.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Change Sense Hub does not guarantee any specific business outcome, leadership response, funding approval, stakeholder reaction, adoption result, project result, revenue result, or organizational change outcome.

The usefulness of a readout depends on the information submitted, the surrounding context, and how the information is interpreted and used.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share.

You agree not to submit highly confidential employer information, trade secrets, regulated data, health or medical information, financial account information, government identification numbers, sensitive personal information about other people, or information you are not authorized to disclose.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use or share your readout within your organization.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website, assessment, readout, or related services to:

• violate any law or contractual obligation;

• submit information you are not authorized to disclose;

• interfere with or attempt to bypass the security or operation of the website or assessment workflow;

• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the website, assessment, or related systems;

• resell, repackage, or present Change Sense Hub materials as your own product or service;

• use the service to create a competing assessment, diagnostic, readout, or advisory product.

7. Complimentary Conversations

Change Sense Hub may offer optional complimentary readout conversations. These conversations are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

A complimentary conversation is intended to help discuss a readout and potential next steps. It does not obligate you to purchase services and does not obligate Change Sense Hub to provide ongoing support.

8. Paid Services

Paid advisory services, workshops, retainers, diagnostic work, artifacts, or other support are governed by separate written terms, proposals, statements of work, invoices, or agreements.

If separate written terms conflict with these Terms, the separate written terms control for the paid engagement.

9. Intellectual Property

Change Sense Hub and/or Change Collaboration LLC owns or licenses the website, assessment, readout formats, templates, service concepts, design elements, advisory language, and related materials.

You may use your individual readout for your own internal professional or organizational purposes. You may share it internally as needed, subject to your own confidentiality obligations and organizational policies.

You may not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, repackage, reverse engineer, or use the assessment, readout formats, templates, service concepts, design elements, advisory language, or related materials to create a competing product, service, assessment, diagnostic, or framework.

10. Your Submitted Information

You retain responsibility for the information you submit. By submitting information, you grant Change Sense Hub permission to use that information to provide the assessment, generate and deliver the readout, respond to inquiries, support optional conversations or services, maintain records, improve services, and operate the business as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

Change Sense Hub may use third-party service providers to operate the website, collect assessment responses, automate workflows, support technology-assisted processing, deliver communications, store records, support scheduling, analyze site performance, and maintain security.

Change Sense Hub is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control, but it uses service providers to support operation and delivery of the requested services.

12. Availability and Changes

Change Sense Hub may modify, suspend, or discontinue the website, assessment, readout format, complimentary conversation option, or related services at any time. Change Sense Hub may also update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version.

13. Disclaimers

The website, assessment, readouts, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Change Sense Hub disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Change Sense Hub, Change Collaboration LLC, and their owners, officers, contractors, advisors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from or related to use of the website, assessment, readout, conversations, or related services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any total liability arising from or related to the free assessment or no-fee services is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). For paid services, liability, if any, will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Change Sense Hub, Change Collaboration LLC, and their owners, officers, contractors, advisors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, assessment, readout, or related services; your violation of these Terms; your submission of information you were not authorized to share; or your violation of another party’s rights.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in courts with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any separate written agreement that applies to paid services.
